What are Player Warps?
The Player Warps system allows you to teleport to pre-defined locations across the server. There are two main types of warps:
- Public Warps: Locations set up by administrators for everyone to use (e.g., shops, public farms).
- Your Warps: Personal locations you can set for yourself (if enabled by server administrators).
How to Access Player Warps
To access the Player Warps menu, open the Community Panel by running !b
or !book
in chat. Once the Community Panel opens, locate "Player Warps".
Alternatively, you can often use the chat command: !warps
Player Warp Menu Options
When you open the Player Warps menu, you'll see these main options:
- Public Warps: View and teleport to warps created by server administrators.
- Your Warps: Manage and teleport to your own personal warps.
Public Warps
Selecting "Public Warps" will show you a list of all publicly available warp locations.
- You can then choose a warp from the list to teleport to that location.
- After selecting a warp, there will be a short countdown before you are teleported.
Your Warps (Personal Warps)
This section is for managing your own custom warp points.
- Create New Warp: If enabled, you can set a new personal warp at your current location. You will typically need to give it a name.
- List Your Warps: View all the personal warps you have created.
- Teleport to Your Warp: Choose one of your saved warps to teleport to.
- Delete Your Warp: Remove a personal warp you no longer need.
Important Notes
Teleport Delay
When you initiate a teleport to any warp, there will be a short countdown (e.g., 5 seconds) before you are moved. During this countdown, do not move or take damage, as it may cancel your teleport.
Public vs. Personal Warps
- Public Warps are fixed locations for all players.
- Your Warps are private and set by you, often with a limited number you can create. The ability to create "Your Warps" might be restricted by server settings.
Warp Creation
The process of creating "Your Warps" may involve specific requirements, such as a cost or permissions. If you are unable to create a warp, check with a server administrator.
